Regular maintenance is how you find those problems while there is still time to fix them. At GenWorx we work with each customer to understand what their building needs, then build a planned maintenance program around it.
It is our obligation to make the whole process as simple as possible. We offer complete CSA packages covering weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections. For customers with the ability to complete some of the work in-house, we offer modified plans that conveniently fill in the gaps when your own team is not able or willing to complete a task.

Starting is not the same as working. Load testing puts your generator under a real electrical load and proves it can carry the building for a sustained period. It is also the only reliable way to clear wet stacking out of a diesel engine.
A thermal camera sees heat you cannot. Loose connections, overloaded circuits and failing components all run hot long before they fail, and a thermal survey finds them while it is still a cheap fix.
Diesel in a standby tank goes stale, absorbs water and grows microbial contamination. Fuel polishing filters the fuel and cleans the tank so your engine is not trying to run on it during an outage.
Sending oil, coolant and fuel samples to a lab tells us what is happening inside the engine. Metal particles in the oil mean something is wearing. Catching that early is the difference between a repair and a rebuild.
Sometimes a generator will not start, keeps faulting, or does something nobody can explain. We work through it properly and find the actual cause rather than replacing parts until the symptom goes away.
